We have a flexible rate structure. We offer short term stays all year, and offer the option of month long stays from October through April.

We are currently accepting reservations for 2008. Thank you for your interest in our Studio.

You can also email us at: info@seahurststudio.com and include your phone number in the email. If you send an email and don't hear back, please phone. We have had a few email hiccups lately.
Please note we are "Women only".
Call to see if we have last minute cancellations. Women's plans change for many reasons.
Our site works in conjunction with PayPal for FREE, SAFE and SECURE payments via Credit Card. If you haven't signed up, it takes minutes and costs nothing.
Payment
A deposit, by check, money order, or PayPal, is required to hold your reservation. The balance of payment is accepted upon arrival and can be made with cash, check, credit card via Pay Pal, or money order. NOTE: Please make checks or money orders payable to "Seahurst B&B"
• If your stay is for 7 nights or less, please provide a minimum two (2) night deposit within 7 working days of the date you book the studio.
• For stays over 7 days but less than one month, we require a 50% deposit of the total within 7 working days of the date you book the studio to confirm the booking and make a reservation.
• For montlhy stays during the October through April months, we require 1st and last months rent, payable within 7 days after we have talked and agreed to the dates. Please send either a check or money order. Please do not use PayPal for monthly stays.

Cancellations
• For stays of less than 1 month a fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shorter stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit a reservation deposit of $100. Please note: Early departure does not warrant a refund.
• For stays of 1 to 6 months, your first and last months rent is forfeited if you fail to cancel within 14 days of your arrival or shorten your stay to less time than you originally commited to. Women have stayed with us for several months while job hunting, writing their thesis, studying for their doctorate, writing a book, recouperating from volunteer work, and while considering a permanent move to this area.
We understand that you will probably want to see more photos, talk to us about the Studio, and get a sense of how it will be to live with us before you commit to a long term stay. Please call us to discuss any questions you have. Your comfort is our goal and we try to be flexible.
Rates Include
• All rates, except monthly rates, include your choice of breakfast foods. Typical requests are for cereal and/or muffins, eggs, butter, bread, milk, yogurt, jam, fruit, and cofffee or tea. We also supply condiments such as catsup, mustard, mayonaise, salt, pepper, and herbs. We do not supply breakfast meats such as bacon or ham. Let us know if you have food preferences.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra person is $15/night. This means a deluxe single air mattress on the floor. Our studio accomodates 2 women the best.
• Rates for more than a one week stay include a weekly linen/towel change.
• Monthly rates include all utilities. We launder and resupply all linens because we prefer to use scent free, environmentally friendly soaps and cleaning supplies. Several good laudromats are nearby for your personal wash.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-In can be as early as the room is ready, but "officially" it is 3 p.m. local time. "Official" Check-Out time is 11 a.m., but again, if there is no turnaround for the room, you may stay as late as you wish. Please let us know in advance when you plan to arrive.
Pets
Pets are not permitted (except ADA guide animals). We are sorry for this, since we would like to make it possible for pets to stay but too many women are allergic to cat and dog hair.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted.
Written Exceptions
Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
